JOB DETAIL
Should have working experience in .Net, Microsoft technologies. Support / IT operations project experience is a must.
Working experience using Dynatrace, Solarwinds or any other logging tools like Kibana, Cloudwatch would be added advantage.
Troubleshooting complex environmental performance related issues (like db issues, application/web service issues, etc…)
Operations mindset is key.
Strong understanding of IT Services Management is a must.
Should have hands-on experience in ITIL processes --> Incident management, Problem management, Change management, driving the CAB calls & MIM calls, Maturity to Drive continuous service improvements
