•    Minimum of 6 -10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing.
•    Analyze current manufacturing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for automation.
•    Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment is highly desirable.
•    Collaborate with engineering, production, and IT teams to develop and implement automation solutions.
•    Conduct time and motion studies to optimize manufacturing processes.
•    Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, including engineers, production managers, and quality control teams.
•    Develop detailed functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and system requirement documents.
•    Ensure that automation solutions align with business goals and comply with industry standards.
•    Lead and manage automation projects from inception to completion.
•    Collect and analyze data related to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and production output.
