Lead the development and implementation of geospatial solutions to support various business initiatives. 
Oversee the integration of geospatial data into existing systems and workflows. 
Provide technical expertise in the use of Jira, Figma, and Confluence to manage project tasks and documentation. 
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure the successful delivery of geospatial projects. 
Develop and maintain geospatial databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. 
Conduct spatial analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes. 
Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including technical specifications and user guides. 
Train and mentor junior team members on geospatial technologies and best practices. 
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all geospatial projects. 
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to geospatial systems and applications. 
Stay updated with the latest advancements in geospatial technologies and incorporate them into projects. 
Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations. 
Contribute to the continuous improvement of geospatial processes and methodologies. 
Work cross-functionally with on-shore Product Managers, Development and QA to launch products and enhancements. 
Provide transparent communication with all stakeholders. 
Identify and optimize process improvements between on-shore and offshore teams. 
Understands best practices in product development and the cable or telecommunications industry.
