1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements and rules.
2. API and Data Testing:
   • Use Postman for API testing to verify functionality and performance.
   • Query MongoDB databases to extract and analyze data.
3. Design and Prototyping:
   • Develop detailed mockups and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
4. Workflow Testing and Improvement:
   • Test complex workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
5. Automation and Quality Assurance:
   • Review and execute automation tests, working closely with QA engineers to ensure high-quality outputs.
6. User Stories Development:
   • Create detailed and precise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria for development teams.
7. Business Rules Clarification:
   • Seek clarifications and ask questions to fully understand complex business processes and rules.
8. System Monitoring and Analysis:
   • Monitor and analyze system performance using tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens.
9. Project Management:
   • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. Education:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Experience:
   • Proven experience as a Business System Analyst or in a similar technical role.
3. Technical Skills:
   • Proficiency with Postman for API testing.
   • Experience with MongoDB for database querying.
   • Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks.
   • Knowledge of system monitoring tools such as Mezmo, Dynatrace, ADO, and Lens.
4. Design and Documentation:
   • Experience in creating mockups and wireframes.
   • Strong ability to develop detailed user stories and documentation.
5. Communication Skills:
   • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Analytical Skills:
   • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
7. Project Management:
   • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
