JOB DETAIL

  • Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Manhattan WMS, including planning, execution, and delivery. Develop and manage project plans, ensuring all phases of the project are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with key stakeholders to gather and document detailed project requirements. Translate business needs into technical specifications for the Manhattan WMS implementation.
  • System Configuration and Integration: Oversee the configuration and customization of the Manhattan WMS to meet organizational requirements. Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and manage data migration processes to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Team Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, warehouse operations staff, and external vendors. Foster collaboration and ensure that all team members are aligned with project objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues related to the Manhattan WMS implementation. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges and keep the project on track.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and resolutions. Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Testing and Validation: Oversee the testing phase, including system functionality and performance testing. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues identified to ensure the system meets all requirements.
  • Training and Support: Develop and execute training programs for end-users to ensure effective use of the Manhattan WMS. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting during and after the implementation phase.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, training materials, and status reports. Ensure that all documentation is current and accessible to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assess project outcomes and processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Apply lessons learned and best practices to future projects and implementations.
