JOB DETAIL

  • SAP Module Expertise:
    • Manage and configure SAP SD, PP, and related modules including LE (Logistics Execution), FI/CO (Financial Accounting/Controlling), and WM (Warehouse Management).
    • Oversee Material Management and Batch Management processes.
    • Handle material movements, procurement processes (purchase requisitions, quotations, RFx processes, Purchase Orders, Contracts), and inventory activities.
    • Configure and manage MRP (Material Requirements Planning) in collaboration with PP consultants.
  • Process Management:
    • Administer procurement processes from Purchase Requisition to Invoicing.
    • Manage physical inventory processes including document creation, recount, and posting differences.
    • Develop and configure release strategies, including creating release groups and indicators.
    • Configure enterprise structure including new site configurations and assignments.
  • Data and Interfaces:
    • Maintain master data including Material Master, Vendor Master, and Source Lists.
    • Oversee inventory management activities such as goods receipts, transfer postings, and automatic account assignments.
    • Handle pricing and valuation processes, including pricing procedures and split valuation.
    • Manage stock transport orders and data exchange using EDI, interfaces, and IDocs.
  • Team Leadership and Coordination:
    • Lead and coordinate onsite and offshore teams.
    • Work with ABAP teams for development and troubleshooting.
    • Ensure quality assurance through unit, integration, and regression testing.
    • Prepare and present deployment materials and manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) signoff.
  • Change Management and Documentation:
    • Adhere to formal change management and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices.
    • Document and translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
    • Develop and execute application configuration and testing scenarios.
