•              Should be able to pull information from the database, analyse the data , and put forward meaningful insights.

•              Use SQL, join tables, and pull-out information from multiple databases and sources within FT.

•              Should have a knack for discovering the data, analyse it and provide solutions.

•              BA should possess financial knowledge as data can be related to multiple fields within financial world.

Skills required (from FT perspective)

•              Good communication skills.

•              Technical skills (Knowledge of database servers, SQL, SQL queries).

•              Requirement elicitation, and interaction with Technical and Business stakeholders.
