·Configure and manage Intune AutoPilot for device provisioning and deployment.

·Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to the Enrollment Status Page.

·Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows 11 devices.

·Implement and maintain Intune policies and configurations.

·Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance and security standards.

·Develop and maintain documentation for Intune and Azure configurations and procedures.

·Stay updated with the latest Intune and Azure features and best practices.

·Leverage Intune to build and manage the configuration of physical and virtual computer endpoints1.

·Build, configure, and deploy Software Packages, OS upgrades and patches.

·Act as a point of escalation for complex endpoint incidents

·Design and implement endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune, including policies, profiles, remediations, and scripts.

·Configure and manage device enrollment, compliance policies, and conditional access policies.
