•    Experience: At least 10 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role.
•    Stakeholder Interaction: Proven ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
•    Data Platform Project Experience: Extensive experience with data platform projects, including needs assessments and high-level requirement gathering.
•    References: Must be able to provide references from previous job experiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
•    State Agency Experience: Experience working with State agencies, particularly in Virginia, is highly preferred. However, experience with agencies from other states will also be considered.
