Minimum 3 years of Salesforce.com administration experience
Experience with territory management within Salesforce.com
Experience with reports and dashboards within Salesforce.com
Experience with the following additional tools (or equivalent): Microsoft tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint)
Experience with CRM Analytics preferred but not required.
Ability to work in a hybrid work environment and foster team collaboration.
Ability to communicate effectively, gather and analyze facts, draw conclusions, define problems, build consensus, and suggest/negotiate solutions and alternative.
Knowledge of Agile methodology preferred, but not required.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve results on time within budget.
