Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in HRIS project management or a similar role, preferably within a large or complex organization.

Proven experience with HRIS/HRMS implementations, upgrades, or support, with platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.

Strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and HR technology solutions.

Excellent project management skills with experience in using project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana).

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.

PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to HR data (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is preferred.
