JOB DETAIL

  •  Active Directory Management:- Design, implement, and maintain complex Active Directory environments.- Provide expertise in AD forest and domain design, group policies, and LDAP integration.
  •  Azure Active Directory (AAD):- Manage Azure AD configurations, including identity and access management.- Implement and support Azure AD Connect for hybrid identity scenarios.
  • Identity and Access Management:- Develop and implement robust identity and access management solutions.- Ensure secure authentication and authorization mechanisms are in place.
  •  Quest and One Identity Products:- Possess in-depth knowledge of Quest and One Identity products.- Utilize tools such as Quest Active Roles and One Identity Manager for identity and access governance.
  •  PowerShell Scripting:- Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation of routine tasks and management of AD/Azure AD.- Develop scripts for reporting, user provisioning, and system monitoring.
  •  Security and Compliance:- Implement security best practices in AD and Azure AD environments.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to identity management.
  •  Troubleshooting and Support:- Provide Level 3 support for AD and Azure AD-related issues.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
  •  Documentation:- Maintain detailed documentation of AD and Azure AD configurations.- Create knowledge base articles for common issues and resolutions.
  •  Collaboration:- Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to integrate AD/Azure AD into overall enterprise architecture.- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address business requirements.
  •  Capacity Planning:- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning for AD and Azure AD environments.- Proactively identify potential issues and implement solutions.
  •  Architecture Collaboration:- Conduct and collaborate with Enterprise Architects to integrate identity and access management. - Provide Architectural inputs for cross functional projects and Lead Architecture recommendation and roadmap for organization security and scalability requirements.Detailed responsibilities
  •  Act as a member of the Windows Active Directory Domain Administrator Support Team in providing timely and efficient support to assigned operations. Troubleshooting knowledge, ADDC, Roles, ADFS, Azure Connect, DNS Service and DNS resolution issues
  •  Assist in management and support of internal and external DNS systems
  •  Troubleshoot Active Directory authentication and LDAP configuration issues
  •  Configure and support DNS for new domain
  •  Work with other senior staff members to resolve escalated, complex incidents
  •  Continually seek opportunities to improve our existing AD and Exchange architecture
  •  Research acute technical problems such as inconsistent email retention, cluster communication failures, and public folder replication issues
  •  Work cross functional with other teams to drive initiatives
