At least six years of experience in a software engineering or IT environment.
At least two years in a role responsible for process engineering, maintenance, and improvement.
At least 4 years’ experience working with or within a software development team.
Experience developing content on Confluence using a wide array of macros.
Ability to read, write, translate Jira stories from Development teams.
Very strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to capture and articulate technical and non-technical details, as well as elaborate process flows.
A strong, team-oriented spirit, and a positive, exuberant personality focused on learning and overcoming obstacles.
Excellent communication skills needed, the ability to write technical documentation in English.
Ability to speak clearly, confidently, and concisely in front of others both remotely and in person. Comfortable giving presentations to technical and non-technical colleagues, experienced in giving presentation to members of the leadership team.
Ability to be proactive and elicit necessary information from our development partners needed to arm our incident management team.
A solid understanding of Agile Methodologies.
The ability to rapidly learn, recite and teach complex, interwoven processes.
Experience working with teams supporting applications related to eCommerce or customer self-service is a plus.
Proven ability to align stakeholders to goals and negotiate to acceptable outcomes.
Organized and able to work across teams on multiple applications.
