· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.

· Proven experience as a Business Analyst, in HR or talent acquisition related projects.

· Strong knowledge of ATS systems, specifically Jobvite and Workday ATS.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Experience with quality assurance and testing methodologies.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.

· Experience in project management or change management.

· Familiarity with data migration and integration processes.

· Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
