•          Experience: Minimum 12+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Stack( .Net backend), API, and Blazor, with at least 3-4 years in a technical leadership role.

•          Technical Skills: Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework and Core, MVC, Web API, RESTful services, and Entity Framework. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and core frameworks (e.g., blazor) is a must. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.

•          Database Management: Strong experience with MS SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.

•          Tools: Knowledge of testing frameworks like NUnit, version control systems like Git, and experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

•          Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools like ServiceNow.

•          Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
