8+ years of work experience in managing or working on software application teams, using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), and Agile Scrum Methodology.
5 years of working as a project manager using the Texas Project Delivery Framework.
Preferred 4 years’ experience working with Major Information Resources Projects.
