Experience: 11+ years of experience as an SAP HR Technical Consultant, with expertise in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors.
Technical Design: Develop and implement technical solutions for SAP HR modules, including SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, to address client needs and improve HR processes.
Customization: Customize SAP HR modules, including configuring Infotypes, Actions, Schemas, and Functions, to align with business requirements.
Development: Write and maintain ABAP code for custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces related to SAP HR.
Integration: Manage and support integration between SAP HR and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP SD) as well as third-party systems.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues within SAP HR systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and processes.
Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HR systems, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Proficiency in SAP HR modules, including technical configuration and customization.
Strong experience with ABAP programming for SAP HR, including report development and enhancements.
Knowledge of integration points between SAP HR and other SAP or third-party systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical issues effectively.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and customization.
Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications and user experience design for HR.
