JOB DETAIL

  • Experience: 11+ years of experience as an SAP HR Technical Consultant, with expertise in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors.
  • Technical Design: Develop and implement technical solutions for SAP HR modules, including SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, to address client needs and improve HR processes.
  • Customization: Customize SAP HR modules, including configuring Infotypes, Actions, Schemas, and Functions, to align with business requirements.
  • Development: Write and maintain ABAP code for custom reports, enhancements, and interfaces related to SAP HR.
  • Integration: Manage and support integration between SAP HR and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FICO, SAP SD) as well as third-party systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues within SAP HR systems, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, configurations, and processes.
  • Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP HR systems, including troubleshooting and resolving user issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Proficiency in SAP HR modules, including technical configuration and customization.
  • Strong experience with ABAP programming for SAP HR, including report development and enhancements.
  • Knowledge of integration points between SAP HR and other SAP or third-party systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage technical issues effectively.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and customization.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications and user experience design for HR.
  • Knowledge of global HR processes and regulations.
