JOB DETAIL

5+ years of related technical customer support experience. 
1+Service Now or equivalent ticketing system experience 
Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting 
Must be able to communicate technical concepts clearly to a wide audience 
Demonstrate a customer focused attitude 
Highly proficient with most popular software including MS-DOS, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, Outlook, communication software, Citrix, Anti-Virus, and Web Browsers. 
Comprehensive knowledge of computer and network installation, configuration, and support. 
Experience with Microsoft Operating System deployment tools: MDT, SCCM, OSD and Windows PE 
Ability to work in a 24x7 on-call after hour rotation environment 
Good understanding of change management
