Create a phased implementation roadmap with resource allocation and timelines
Conduct a cost-benefit analysis of the proposed data architecture initiatives
Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the existing data team, including skills assessment and capacity analysis
Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of current data-related processes
Review the capabilities and limitations of existing data technologies
