Work closely with functional areas and 3rd party vendors to coordinate changes through development, testing and deployment.
Creates business and technical requirements documents, conducts reviews of these requirements to communicate and manage enhancements to functionality.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations as requested by functional areas.
Troubleshoot issues, develop solutions, and coordinate resolution with internal technical staff as well as 3rd party staff.
Perform routine administrative and maintenance activities as needed which includes monitoring of operations and performance.
Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Salesforce and associated systems such as SQL Server and Heroku.
Monitor data quality and implement processes to improve data accuracy and consistency.

Develop an in-depth understanding of the current solutions and architecture.
Evaluate internal process, procedures and practices to proactively propose solutions that reduce duplicate work and manual processes. And, increase reuse and quality
