JOB DETAIL

  • Application Development & Support -
    • Work closely with functional areas and 3rd party vendors to coordinate changes through development, testing and deployment. 
    • Creates business and technical requirements documents, conducts reviews of these requirements to communicate and manage enhancements to functionality. 
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations as requested by functional areas.
    • Troubleshoot issues, develop solutions, and coordinate resolution with internal technical staff as well as 3rd party staff. 
    • Perform routine administrative and maintenance activities as needed which includes monitoring of operations and performance. 
    • Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Salesforce and associated systems such as SQL Server and Heroku. 
    • Monitor data quality and implement processes to improve data accuracy and consistency. 
  • Technical Leadership
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of the current solutions and architecture. 
    • Evaluate internal process, procedures and practices to proactively propose solutions that reduce duplicate work and manual processes. And, increase reuse and quality 
    • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in Salesforce and suggest improvements
