- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the credit card domain.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAS and MySQL for data analysis.
- Experience with credit card risk assessment, portfolio analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in SQL and able to write complex queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of credit card industry regulations, trends, and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Experience with additional data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Certification in business analysis or a related field (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
