Drive delivery of key initiatives through disciplined and effective business analysis, data analysis, and change management
Requirements analysis responsibilities include requirements gathering and documentation, process analysis and documentation (process flow diagrams), development of User Stories and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Mock-ups of screens
Data analysis responsibilities include Business/Financial Analysis, Reconciliations and Monitoring as well as establishment of data processes and controls that promote data integrity
Support various Change Management tasks including development of user documents, drafting of change communication memos, and user training
Provide day-to-day support of business technologies to business users
Perform Ad Hoc Analysis based on management’s request
Analyze and identify opportunities for business process improvement and technology efficiencies
