JOB DETAIL

    •    Architect and design end-to-end data platforms that support large-scale, high-performance, and scalable requirements, integrating data from multiple sources including structured and unstructured data.
    •    Lead and guide a team of data engineers in the implementation of data architectures, ensuring best practices are followed and high-quality code is delivered.
    •    Design, build, and operate complex data pipelines, working closely with data scientists and other stakeholders to put Solutions/code into production.
    •    Analyze, diagnose, and optimize data workflows, identifying bottlenecks and improving overall performance.
    •    Participate in demos and training sessions for clients, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.
    •    Monitor, refine, and report on the performance of data management systems, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
    •    Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership to both the team and clients, contributing to the strategic roadmap of the Digital Services Platform.
    •    Collaborate with infrastructure and support teams to address critical issues and ensure seamless operation of data systems.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED:
    •    4+ years of experience in SQL and database management.
    •    3+ years of experience with Java.
    •    3+ years of experience in Python programming.
    •    Hands-on experience with AWS and Apache Airflow, and data processing frameworks like Apache Spark and PySpark.
    •    Proven experience in designing and architecting scalable data solutions, with a strong understanding of big data technologies and distributed data solutions.
    •    Experience leading teams in data architecture and engineering projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
NICE TO HAVES:
    •    2+ years of experience with Snowflake data warehousing.
    •    Experience with data transformation tools like DBT.
    •    2+ years of experience with Informatica or similar data integration tools.
