1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Data Engineer role, with a graduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
3. Advanced working knowledge of Python and Pydantic, with a strong grasp of idiomatic Python & Prompt Engineering.
4. Experience with AWS, Databricks, or similar services.
5. Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.
6. Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
7. Strong experience in SQL and designing, building, and deploying scalable and robust ETL pipelines.
8. Experience with AI and machine learning models.
9. Strong project management and organizational skills.
10. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.
11. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
