JOB DETAIL

Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
Implement and manage Service Level Objectives (SLO) within the ServiceNow platform.
Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications.
Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development process.

Qualifications:


Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Hands-on experience with Service Level Objectives (SLO) for at least 1 year.
Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM).
Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
