· Work as a technical SME with global delivery teams to deploy chat & voice bot solutions for large enterprises.

· Map customers’ business and technical challenges to Kore’s capabilities and build a solution to meet customer requirements.

· Understand client’s as-is technology landscape and any ongoing projects which might affect project execution or force to change the strategy.

· Design architectural blueprint for client install, outlining Kore fit into the client landscape, hardware sizing, deployment model, strategy for integrating with security framework at client.

· Develop design documents outlining configuration of Kore for specific use cases proposed.

· Good experience in OOPS and Multi-Threading

· Good Experience in Node JS, Java Script, Jquery, HTML 5, CSS3.

· Good experience in defining/creating SOAP & RESTful web services.

  Certifications Needed:

· Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree good to have

· Over 3-5 years of experience as a solution architect or technical lead in product or services organizations in professional services domain

· Experience in Conversational AI, Contact Center implementations (levering Genesys, AudioCodes, Avaya, Cisco), ASR/TTS Engines (Google, Azure, Nuance, etc.) is preferred.

· Multilingual capabilities a plus

· Experience with Agile software development/delivery methodologies

· Experience creating target architecture documentation and process flow diagrams.

· Some understanding of common security protocols and compliance standards (ISO, PCI, SOC, HIPAA, GDPR)

· Previous experience with machine-learning models is an asset, but not necessary.

· Technical Knowhow of following preferred but not necessary: Backbone, Underscore, Redis / CouchDB / MongoDB
