Oversee and manage all aspects of the Mechanical and Electrical systems installation in the new construction project.
Take over leadership of the project from the current manager, ensuring continuity and progress.
Utilize MS Project and Procore to track construction activities, manage project schedules, and monitor milestones.
Ensure compliance with OSHA 30 safety standards on-site.
Coordinate with various teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful completion of project tasks.
Monitor the steel installation and ensure that all work meets safety and quality standards.
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on the progress of the project.

Preferred Qualifications:

OSHA 30 certification is required to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Strong experience using MS Project and Procore for tracking construction activities and project schedules.
Previous experience managing Mechanical and Electrical systems in new construction projects.
Strong leadership skills and ability to take over a project in progress.
Excellent organizational and communication skills
