Looks at tenure and prefers people who are currently working/likes to know why someone isn't working
Can show me interview process, what he does isn't super complicated. Doesn't ask tons of technical questions because he can just watch them code and figure out if they're good or not. More interested in soft skills: how do you answer questions, communication.
Has been finding people who look great on paper and then can't code.
