- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong background in SAP Subcon
- Proficiency in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes within SAP Subcon
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SAP Analytics Cloud
- Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas
- Familiarity with SQL for querying databases
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
