JOB DETAIL

  • Requirement Gathering:

    • Engage with business stakeholders to identify and document business needs and requirements.
    • Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather comprehensive information.
  • Salesforce Configuration:

    • Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to align with business processes and requirements.
    • Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Custom Applications:

    • Analyze, design, and implement custom applications built on Salesforce platform.
    • Collaborate with developers to ensure custom solutions are delivered as per specifications.
  • Solution Design:

    • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
    • Develop and maintain detailed documentation including process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:

    • Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
    • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve any issues or defects.
  • Training and Support:

    • Create user training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
    • Recommend improvements to processes and systems based on industry trends and user feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst or a similar role.
  • Strong exposure to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce custom applications and integrations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and administration.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) certification is preferred.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
