JOB DETAIL

  1. Project Planning and Management:
    • Support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion, with a primary focus on Supply Chain business processes.
    • Develop and manage detailed project plans that are necessary to complement the overall program plan.
    • Ensure your focus areas/actions within the project stay on track with respect to scope and schedule.
    • Monitor project progress within your focus areas, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  2. Stakeholder Management and Meeting Coordination:
    • Collaborate with team members within Supply Chain to ensure execution against program objectives.
    • Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders in support of the program plan to drive the program forward.
    • Prepare meeting agendas, document discussions, and track action items to ensure accountability.
    • Facilitate communication between team members to drive project progress.
  3. Documentation:
    • Oversee the creation/update of key deliverables requiring input and signoff by Supply Chain team members.
    • Ensure all deliverables being updated by Supply Chain is complete, and accessible to relevant team members.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
  4. Risk and Issue Management:
    • Identify, and drive action to mitigate identified program risks.
    • Maintain a risk register and report on the status of risks and issues regularly.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a project manager, primarily with IT programs
  • Understanding and experience with Supply Chain business processes
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Desirable: PMP and/or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Experience implementing ERP (in particular Oracle Fusion)
