- Own, track, and resolve Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL DB, MySQL, and MongoDB instances and databases related issues
- Analyze and set up infrastructure based on project requirements
- Review service-related reports on a daily basis
- Respond to database related alerts and escalations
- Establish and maintain communication with technology customers
- Initiate and perform changes on production systems
- Proactively escalate any issues that cannot be resolved within established timeframes
