Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Cyber Security
At least 3 years of IT experience as an IT Senior Systems Administrator supporting a hybrid cloud environment including Windows, Azure, and O365
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Applications such as iManage Work, Office 365 Email, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint
Strong experience with servers in a physical, virtual and cloud environment including migrating workloads between platforms
Azure and O365 certifications a strong plus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong automation, PowerShell scripting and other orchestration technologies
Complex data analysis skills using tools such as PowerBI
A solid understanding and experience working with major compliance standards such as HIPAA or SOC2 is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 administration
Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, network basics, and Windows 10 troubleshooting and administration skills
Strong experience with endpoint computing including PCs, Citrix XenApp, and VDI.
Experience with O365 Security and Compliance tools
Solid understanding of security best practices, networking concepts, threats, tools and remediation techniques
Experience with remote access solutions
Experience with Infrastructure Applications such as or similar to, Varonis, CyberArk, Qualys, Microsoft SCOM/SCCM, Microsoft Defender, Forcepoint, and VMware
Superior communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
