Work closely with product managers for scoping and roadmap discussions.

Previous experience in the legal domain, litify or legal stratos or Team Connect is preferable.

5+ Years experience in Front-end development with Salesforce Lightening

Ownership mentality for delivering results with special attention to data accuracy and integrity.

Passion for learning and growth in an ever-changing analytics world.

Ability to listen, assess, and deliver a solution.

Perform basic configuration changes in Salesforce (Modify Permissions, Update Records, Tweak Automation (Process Builder/Workflow Rules/etc.))

Create and manage escalations in multiple ticketing systems.

Salesforce certifications are preferable.
