• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of ETL technologies (SQL, SSIS, Azure Data Factory).
• Experience with IPaaS development, specifically Boomi.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum & Kanban).
• Experience with Agile Project Management tools like JIRA and DevOps.
• Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and data exchange protocols (EDI, HL7).
• Experience writing requirements for UI and application updates.

Core Duties: 

• Collaborate with the Project Manager on project planning and RACI for goal alignment.
• Lead design sessions and gather requirements from business stakeholders and vendors.
• Develop technical documentation with the software engineering team and solution architects.
• Design workflows, mock-ups, or diagrams for the development team.
• Manage the project requirements process, write/review requirements, approve development and QA completion, and contribute to training plans.
• Oversee bug triage and scope requirements for phased releases.
• Advise QA and Business teams on test cases.
