- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+Years of relevant experience.
- 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or others is a plus.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS,
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServiceNow Administrator certification is highly desirable.
