3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.

Certified ServiceNow System Administrator or Developer.

Must understand and be able to write/code in JavaScript.

Must have good understanding of and hands on experience with Flow Designer.

Must have a broad understanding of internal applications such as: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, SAN, HRSD, GRC, etc.
