As a Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA), you will be a key player in building partnerships with our B2B teams and collaborating across the organization within an Agile team framework. Your primary responsibility is to ensure effective communication, maintain alignment, and deliver optimal product solutions. Operating within an influential team environment, you will also contribute to various areas as necessary to address evolving business demands.
• Define and document product requirements using industry-standard analysis and documentation techniques.
• Leverage your strong SQL and SOQL skills to analyze and model data flow within business and system processes.
Understanding of enterprise CRM. (Sales Force) system (reporting, analysis, dashboards)
• Collaborate with developers, engineers and architects to align solutions, identify dependencies, and ensure functional results Who You Are:
• Hands on experience working with the Salesforce ecosystem, including knowledge of Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and other managed apps supporting B2B Sales Teams
• Experience with Hub spot a plus
• Results driven mentality with a passion for technology and providing superior service.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban Agile teams.
