•            Lead and manage application development project
•            Plan and track the project deliveries
•            Provide technical guidance to the team. Provide hands-on development support when team faces technical challenges
•            Perform design review and code review

•            Perform resource planning and onboard resources with suitable skillset required for the project
•            Mange and track change requests
