5 to 6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud / Any HCM Cloud experience in Support or/and Implementation with a minimum 2 years of project experience.
Seeking a qualified and experienced partner with the demonstrable subject matter expertise (SME) personnel to provide staff augmentation services to support our Oracle HCM Cloud application, especially in the areas of (but not limited to) Core HR, Compensation, Talent Acquisition (ORC), Onboarding, Journeys, Absence and Performance modules.
Day-to-day oversight and delivery of services defined in the SOW, team management, cross-functional oversight, process improvement, issue resolution, and service level adherence.
