4+ years of solid development experience and should have worked on open-source platforms
Must have strong expertise in JavaScript & Node JS
Microsoft Bot Framework - Provides tools and services for building enterprise-grade bots
Experience in building IVR bots using contact centers software such as Geneys CISCO etc.
Dialogflow - Google's natural language understanding platform for building conversational interfaces
Rasa - Open-source machine learning framework for automated text and voice-based conversations
Botpress - Open-source bot-building platform with a visual flow editor
Skillset should have the following JSON, Redis / MongoDB, Web Sockets
Experience in Web Services using REST, SOAP
Knowledge of different authentication and authorization techniques
Strong knowledge of code documentation and handover
Good Knowledge of Python, AI, NLP, ML, Gen AI, Chat bots will be added advantage
