Fundamentals of Angular is the core area that we need to focus. Typescript, Javascript are bare minimum

Eg: Reactive Forms - How to validate custom forms

Eg: Dynamically loading the forms, etc (Form Arrays)

Components , Directives, Services, Interaction of components, Core Angular framework

Difference between directives and components, Angular life cycle hooks, Observable & Promise One way and two-way data binding and data processing through controllers

Core Java (Java 8)

Abstractions, Design Patterns, Spring & MVC Framework Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Java, Spring Boot Implementation of Java Collections and Streams.

Hashmap, Arrray list Vs linked list Multithreading - Runnable, Callable,Understanding of Java 8 features like Lambda, Functional Interfaces - Consumer, Predicate, Function, etc.

Springboot

Knowledge on Actuator, handle exception without using try and catch, knowledge on security mechanism.Good knowledge of annotations like SpringBootApplication, Bean,  Autowired
