Should have excellent understanding of Project Management in conjunction with Agile Scrum (SAFe) 

-          Minimum Hands-on exp of 5+ years managing project 

-          Experience of managing projects in Financial Services – Cap Markets is necessary 

-          Prior background with FX domain is added advantage 

-          Good communication skills 

-          Should have experience with PM activities including but not limited to – managing scope, cost/budget, schedule, risks on project, stakeholder management 

-          Should have excellent problem solving skills and conflict-resolution skills 

-          Experience with creating status and progress reports and metrics around schedule & effort variance, defect management, quality, etc. 

-          Experience of performing Change Management & Control for Agile projects 

-          Prior Knowledge of .net development is added advantage 

-          PMP or Prince2 certification is added advantage
