Successful experience as PM on one or more large IT project(s) with a Commonwealth agency/agencies is highly desired, and reference are required
Candidates with Commonwealth IT project experience will be considered first
Overseeing implementation of the clinical and environment laboratory information management system(s) (LIMS)
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements, create and maintain documentation, provide RFP input, plan project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress
Clearly define roles and responsibilities, drive constructive and productive participation by all involved
Aggressively manage project tasks assuring work progresses according to schedule
Collect requirements from a broad set of users and combining them into a comprehensive statement of requirements
Prepare documentation, obtain approval, and track all changes in project scope
Communicate project changes and events to stakeholders and senior management
Setting project goals and developing plans to meet those goals
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
