BMC IT Operations and Monitoring

Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment.
Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Manage and configure BMC tools, including BMC Helix, TrueSight, and Remedy for IT operations and monitoring.
Collaborate with IT operations teams to develop and implement comprehensive monitoring solutions across infrastructure and applications.
Monitor and analyze system performance and reliability, identifying areas for improvement and proactive mitigation of potential issues.
Ensure high availability and reliability of critical IT infrastructure through automation and effective monitoring.
Implement ITIL processes, including incident, change, and problem management within IT Operations.
Integrate monitoring and alerting solutions with various DevOps tools for seamless incident management and resolution.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments and minimize downtime.
Automate repetitive tasks and optimize resource usage through the use of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all systems and processes.
Provide technical guidance and support to other teams regarding DevOps best practices and BMC tool integration.
Stay updated on industry trends, DevOps methodologies, and emerging technologies in IT operations and monitoring.
