Technical Business Analyst + QA
10+ years’ experience as Business Analyst preferably in insurance domain with good knowledge in New Business, Claims etc
Have managed at least 2 to 3 end to end project lifecycles as Business architect
Have knowledge of tech stack like java, spring boot, angular etc.
Participate in requirement gathering and design thinking workshops
Manage functional product backlog and supports in maintaining functional designs.
Creating , Managing User stories and validating development & test scenarios. Strong communication skills to provide show and tell to business, knowledge transfer to development and testing team
Experience in a scrum master role in software development, preferred
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Creating, Organizing, and managing Test Designing/ Planning.
Creating, Enhancing, debugging, and Running Test Cases.
Organizing, monitoring defect management process.
Handling changes and conducting Regression Testing.
