**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Collaborate** with Product Managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to convert product requirements into actionable user stories.

- **Lead** the Scrum process as the Scrum Master, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and coaching the team on Agile practices.

- **Coordinate** with other product teams to manage development dependencies, and communicate blockers and dependencies to the Kiosk product team.

- **Support** the development of a product roadmap by defining product and project requirements, identifying milestones, and aligning with cross-functional teams for execution.

- **Monitor** team progress, communicate status to stakeholders, and ensure commitments are met.

- **Assist** the Kiosk product team in troubleshooting issues, recommending actions, and following up on resolutions.

- **Enhance** Agile practices by participating in and establishing standard tools and best practices to build Agile maturity and capabilities.

**Skills Needed:**

- **Agile Scrum Experience:** Proven experience as a Scrum Master, including facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile practices.

- **SDLC Experience:** Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- **Embedded Software Teams:** Experience working with embedded software teams.

- **Large Enterprise Projects:** Background in managing large enterprise projects.

- **Kiosk Experience (Nice to Have):** Experience with Kiosk systems is a plus but not required.

- **Experience:** 3-5 years of relevant experience in software development project management.

**Qualifications:**

- **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 3-5 years in software development project management, with at least 3 years as a Scrum Master and Release Manager.

- **Tools:** Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Project.

- **Technical Skills:** Strong technical background with experience in managing software development projects using Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

- **Problem-Solving:** Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while managing day-to-day product team activities.

- **Interpersonal Skills:** Ability to build and maintain working relationships across all levels of the company and effectively manage escalations in the absence of leaders.
