Experience with all types of testing, including performance, system and integration testing

Knowledge of test planning and test design methodologies and their application to the software development life cycle

Must have project management skills to handle complex change requests to existing products or systems so that the quality is not compromised

Experience in working with tools such as Rational RequisitePro, TestDirector/TestStand, Quality Center, etc., as well as Agile methodology experience (SCRUM)

Experience with requirements identification, specification, and design

Strong technical writing skills

Ability to carry out multiple tasks simultaneously without erring

Experience in a production environment or an organizational culture that requires producing quality software within constraints (potential outsourcing is a possibility)
