Project Manager

Responsible for understanding the customer through user testing and web analytics
General process and communications with product management and other stakeholders organization
Engaging with business, road map discussion and trade-offs prioritization
Ability to work closely and collaboratively with different stakeholder groups
Minimum of 4-year solid Data Project Management experience.
Lead all project/program delivery in the warehouse management and logistic space. preferable on AWS.
Organize the work and teams for efficient delivery.
Attract, select and retain critical talent for the team.
Coach team members in coding and development/implementation skills.
Provide clear, specific goals to the team and communicate performance feedback regularly through regular 1-1 meetings and performance reviews.
Participate as a member of the engineering leadership in setting and executing strategy for the team.
Facilitate communities of practice in critical technologies.
Understanding business user needs, collaborate with tech teams, stakeholder management
Good written and oral communication skills.
