The individual will be responsible for Salesforce development.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems used by the Minnesota Housing.
Create and maintain automated workflows, process builders, and flows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
Work closely with Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements.
Collaborate with the Project Manager to define scope, timelines, and deliverables, and assist detailed project plans.
Coordinate with the Solutions Architect, Business Analysts, and QA to develop test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the Salesforce solutions meet the defined requirements.
Work with the Project Manager to manage change requests, ensuring that any changes to the project scope or requirements are documented, assessed, and approved.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
Two (2) years of Salesforce developer experience
Salesforce certifications in:
Platform Developer I
Platform App Builder
Desired Skills
Certification in Platform Developer II
3-5 years of Administrator experience
Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO)
Experience working with state and federal government agencies.
Experience working on technology solutions supporting the mortgage and real estate industry.
